Data Privacy/Protection Operations Manager
Job Summary: This role provides support to the Global Compliance Team and is directly responsible for the delivery of assigned Data Protection and Privacy projects within acceptable time frames and quality standards. This position exists to also manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the global compliance community. Job Accountabilities: + Privacy Management Program (PMP) + Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures. + Coordinate Privacy/Compliance Reporting (Monthly Privacy Leadership Call, Security Forum, Global Privacy Committee, etc.). + Coordinate Privacy related pages (Privacy webpages & Contract). + Data Protection and Privacy Compliance metrics. + Coordination with Security, Security Compliance and Asset/ 3rd Party coordinators and process owners to ensure appropriate assessments are created/updated. + Coordination of the implementation of the One Trust cookie management tool. + Project related items for Privacy/Compliance. + Monitoring, analyzing, and advising on the application of existing and emerging privacy, data protection laws, related laws and developments across. + Partnering and developing relationships with key stakeholders across Organization to advise on pragmatic ways of incorporating privacy by design principles into new projects and initiatives. + Strong Coordination with Security Team and Compliance (Information Security and Security Compliance, Legal Compliance) and Operations. + Conducting privacy risk assessments and data protection, privacy impact assessments. + Provides overall leadership to the Data Protection and Privacy group thru business strategies, management of the service and delivery of obligations documented in SLAs of the Business Areas supporting. + Driving the Data Protection and Privacy Program specific project. + Contract reviews (Master Services Agreement, Work Order, Change Request Forms) as necessary or needed. + Internally assess and evaluate to provide/ make recommendations regarding the adequacy of the privacy controls for the information and technology systems. + Deliver training and awareness initiatives on Data Privacy and associated programs. Job Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required + At least 5 years relevant experience. At least 2-3 people management experience + Has background in Operations Management + Solid Data Protection and Privacy experience or skills + Enforcement of Privacy Management Program + Understanding of Data Protection Impact Assessment, Privacy Impact Assessment and Legitimate Interest Assessment. (DPIA/PIA/ LIA) + Understanding of General Data Protection Regulation Law (GDPR) European Union and Data Privacy Act 2012 of Philippines + Strong stakeholder relationship management skills + Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio + Good presentation and project management skills + Ability to effectively present status and issues to Project Owner and Business Unit Portfolio Leaders + Experience partnering with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigate project impacts + Solid written and oral communication skills required + Experience coordinating teamwork flow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment + A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives. + Detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities + Flexible with schedule to support Global stakeholders, clients and Local stakeholders.
