As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving key business processes and continuously improve existing process. **Job Overview:** Responsible for driving key business processes with Agile methodology expertise. This role will have have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the intake process, focusing on the creation of frameworks, managing data concerns, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. As a BA/PM, you will be integral to tracking and managing individual deliverables (DCs) through the intake process while continuously reviewing and improving the process. **Responsibilities:** + Process individual Data Concerns through the intake process by evaluating if it is a proper data concern, evaluating all necessary information is available, and secure sign off when moving to Assess + Help maintain communication channels with business stakeholders, providing updates and gathering input on process improvements. + Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions that support the overall intake framework. + Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that business needs are translated into effective data and analytics solutions. + Assist in identifying potential risks and data concerns during the intake process, escalating issues as needed. + Gather feedback on the intake process from stakeholders and support the implementation of process enhancements based on this input. **Must-Have:** + Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. + Solid understanding and practical experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including familiarity with Agile ceremonies and deliverables. + Proven experience in working through Data process operating model, analyzing and improving business processes, driving efficient and effective outcomes. + Exposure to data processing, data management, and analytics principles, especially in relation to business requirements. + Ability to identify risks related to data processing and intake, with experience in managing or mitigating these risks. **Nice-to-Have:** + Knowledge of technical systems or platforms, particularly in the areas of data and analytics. + Experience conducting RCA to understand issues within business processes and recommend corrective actions. + Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices in project management, business analysis, and data management. **Why Capco? ** A career at Capco is a chance to help reshape the competitive landscape in financial services.
