What success looks like in this role:

Onsite supervision of Civil Registry AssociatesPersonnel Performance Monitoring and EvaluationMonitoring of attendance and KPI’s Preparation and Submission of Required Operations Reports Escalation/communication of civil registry operations issues with respective Regional Operations Lead

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Leadership skills and has demonstrated ability to  exceptionally lead and motivate others positivelyHas demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking when solving problemsAbility to communicate effectively and a great team playerOrganizational and time management skillsIn – depth knowledge of performance metricsAbility to work through stressful situations in a professional mannerAbility to complete other duties as assigned by the regional operations leadAble to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
