The scope encompasses not only 1st party apps, but also 2nd party and 3rd party apps as well. The Data Product Manager collaborates closely with privacy and legal teams across Apple to ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines. The Data Product Manager possesses a comprehensive understanding of the data landscape and data models of Apple Services. This role is responsible for continuously enhancing the data landscape by working with engineers to innovate on privacy-friendly data management and scalable data modeling, introducing novel features and functionalities, while simultaneously prioritizing cost-effectiveness. This involves thoughtful consideration of data storage and processing strategies.
