They will be responsible for delivery from pods (dedicated, cross-functional teams) for both products. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years experience work with data and 7+ years experience working with Healthcare data. They must create and manage budgets for the pods and product teams, manage other professional employees and managers.
Due to the strategic importance and complexity of these data products, this person will also manage and directly hire other direct employees who help lead those data product pods. This person must also perform employee reviews for those staff.

+ Work closely with Product Owners of use cases to align data product designs with use case needs and ensure the delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions.
+ Facilitate communication and alignment among cross-functional teams, addressing dependencies and blockers.
