Key Responsibilities: * Project Leadership: Lead data-driven projects from planning through execution, focusing on Workday data conversions, data quality, and ensuring alignment with business objectives * Workday Data Conversion: Manage and oversee the conversion of legacy data into Workday systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and timelines * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between technical teams, business units, and other key stakeholders to ensure all data requirements are met and the project stays on track * International Project Management: Manage global and regional data projects, ensuring adherence to regional requirements and mitigating risks specific to international implementations * Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks or issues during project lifecycle, proactively develop mitigation plans, and communicate risks to key stakeholders * Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of data quality throughout the project lifecycle and oversee testing phases to ensure successful data conversion * Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and documentation to senior leadership and stakeholders; Ensure proper project documentation is maintained for future reference
