**THE POSITION**

**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ Data Processing Agreements advice - advising business partners on legal questions related to DPAs and EU Standard Contractual Clauses based on defined playbooks and risk parameters and defined SLAs
+ Personal Data Processing Registry - reviewing proceedings initiated by the Functions in order to determine the legal basis of the processing activities, to identify potential data protection risks and to advise the Functions
+ Legal Contracting Advice advising business partners on legal questions related to standard contracts other than DPAs based on defined playbooks and risk parameters and defined SLAs
+ Cooperation with different teams on compliance assurance and control
+ Monitoring and review of existing processes and controls to inform, advise and issue recommendations to the management with regards to data protection, privacy and compliance, including compliance with data protection and internal policies and guidelines
+ Legal Systems Advice advising and training business partners on legal system usage such like wizards tools, CLM tools and e-signature solutions etc
+ Cross functional collaboration with different BI stakeholders and different countries
+ Ensuring proper matter intake and tracking through provided intake systems.
**About our future employee**
At least 2 years of experience with Data Protection, including registering processing activities in data processing registers, preferably in the Legal Shared Service Structures, as well as the review, redlining and negotiation of DPAs is an asset.
You should speak very good English language (min. B2) and be open for learning.
Additionally, we are looking for:
+ Master’s degree in Law;
+ Documented experience in data protection area;
+ Strong business partnering skills;
+ Ability to prioritize and to effectively execute multiple tasks.
