Data Quality Expert

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of an organization's data.

Job Duties

Develop data quality standards, model structure and design of data quality reports and dashboards including coordinating standard reporting activities with the Data Governance CouncilSupport Data Stewards and DMG Head by recommending, reviewing and approving changes to data quality reportsMonitor data quality reports, KPIs, SLAs and other operational metrics and provide insights and recommendation to Data Governance councilInteracting with users to resolve data quality problems using techniques such as root cause analysis as well as collecting data quality requirementsCreation of data quality assurance documents such as checklists, process flow, standard operating procedures, templates/forms etc.Establish data sampling best practices for data quality measuresImplement and monitor data quality procedures for use in the data production processParticipate in cross-functional teams and assist the data governance council in the design of test plans, and data quality policy.Ensure data quality objectives are metImplement and execute data clean up measuresProvide data quality training and presentations to the GBI organizationCollaborate and support SME/Data Steward role in maintenance of enterprise data definition, business rules, and standards within the enterprise data dictionary.

Requirements

Must have a background in Data Governance and/or Audit & ComplianceExcellent problem solving skillsExperience in SQL, Project Management & DocumentationAbility to structure and conduct analysis to generate insight and recommendationsPro-active attitude, drive for continuous process improvementWell-developed project management skills, focus on stakeholder management and influencing skillsDrive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex initiativesAbility to leverage resources available to achieve goalsStrong analytical and planning skillsMust demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skillsHas the ability to multitask and work in a cross functional teamKnowledge in Power BI or Power QueryAdvance knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint and Word)Knowledgeable in Retail / Manufacturing IndustryWilling to work at 16th Floor, Greenfield Tower Mayflower St., corner Wiliams St., Greenfield District, Mandaluyong CityOnsite work setup
