Data Quality/ Project Manager
Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Data Quality/ Project Manager for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + PM Focused on data quality, working on various projects across the LOB ensuring on time delivery. + Characteristics of a top performer: being able to hit the ground running + This role sits within the GBAM International DQCE team. + This team oversees the delivering comprehensive technical data management, oversight, and the application of the Enterprise Data Management, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Data Aggregation, and Global Records Policies & Standards while ensuring overall standardized technical processes, procedures, controls across Global Banking and Global Markets data, including International Data coverage. + The role will assist in the identification, reporting, and adherence to the items mentioned above through various tools, meetings and routines along with assisting with regional meeting coverage. + While the role sits within Global Technology your primary counterparts will sit within both technology and Line of Business so the ability to adapt messaging both oral and written is critically important. Requirements + Data Quality/ Project Management experience + 5+ years of relevant (technical) experience preferably within the Global Markets or Global Banking Domain + Demonstrate strong proficiency in utilizing data mining /analytics tools such as Toad, Excel, Tableau, SQL + Demonstrate strong proficiency in the build-out and maintenance of tableau reporting from various sources + Ability to effectively communicate complex technical messages and / or business policies both horizontally and vertically through the organization + General knowledge of bank / technical process and tools including PPRT, CECE, TPAS, DART, POP, CIMA, etc. + Ability to access data and perform independent research into data problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions + Ability to think independently and recommend solutions Preferred Skills: + Knowledge of core banking functions, processes and operations + Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Standards + Knowledge of TPAS, PPRT GCP AR - Ability to communicate crisply and candidly, both orally and in writing + At least five years of project management experience + Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects + Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills + Ability to drive collaboration and manage conflict + Ability to adapt to frequent changes + Potential to work on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously Why Should You Apply? + Health Benefits + Referral Program + Excellent growth and advancement opportunities As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
