SET THE COURSE

The Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating, implementing and performing various analyses across all areas of the business including daily/weekly/monthly reporting on Retail/eComm/Restaurant promotions as well as analysis of sales and profitability trends across product lines, divisions, regions. The position will also be a key member in configuration changes and program monitoring for multiple systems.

This position is responsible for working with various end-users across different roles in the organization in gathering requirements and providing data and analyses and interpreting the information and providing actionable results.  This position serves as a key data and reporting liaison between Marketing, Finance, IT and Retail/eComm/Restaurant Operations.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly and monthly reportsDevelop analytics on promotion results to guide future decision-makingMine data from one or more sources, validate and analyze data to ensure accurate reportingDetermine the data elements required for new promotions and create meaningful reports at a summary and detailed transaction levelWork with the marketing team and develop financial models used to quantify incremental sales from marketing promotions or new product launchesWork with the operating groups to ensure data is accurate for reportingSupport on project teams designing, implementing, and improving various software packages and programsPrepare financial analysis on business results for inclusion in SEC filings and press releasesAbility to understand and navigate various software packages to generate accurate and timely reportsAssist in development of annual budgets and forecastsAssist with dashboard and report generationAssist with selection and implementation of business intelligence reporting tools and infrastructure.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field requiredGenerally 2 plus years work experience in business and data analysisAdvanced knowledge of Excel formatting data, including using macros and pivot tablesExcellent computer skills, including creating/maintain/reporting using SQL databases, MS Office (including advanced Excel), and presentation tools like PowerPoint. Intermediate to advanced level Power BI (or other data visualization tool) experienceComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where self-motivation and initiative are critical to successExperience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and variance analysisAbility to access data from financial systems and understand the corporate mapping and hierarchyAptos/Adobe Analytics experience preferred

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $79,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually
