We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in data reporting and analysis, with expertise in SQL, dashboarding tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to meet the business needs of various stakeholders.Use SQL to query and extract data from relational databases and transform it into meaningful, easily interpretable insights.Collaborate with business teams to define reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights to help drive data-driven decision-making.Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for reporting enhancements.Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role.Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.Experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
