Data Reporting Analyst
Description We are in search of a Data Reporting Analyst in the legal industry, located in New York. The role involves handling and analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting legal strategies and decision-making. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensure data accuracy, and adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities: • Handle and analyze medium to large datasets, extracting valuable insights to support legal strategies and decisions. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring the maintenance of data accuracy. • Develop and implement data systems and models, aiding in the identification and tracking of legal trends. • Uphold compliance with data privacy and legal regulations, ensuring all data handling aligns with these standards. • Regularly provide reports, ensuring the maintenance of data integrity. • Adapt to changing priorities as required, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Utilize Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, Erwin Data, and Gap Analysis tools effectively. • Implement AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Requirement Document skills in daily operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Apache Spark is essential for managing large datasets • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing project tasks • Experience with BusinessObjects Technologies to assist in business intelligence operations • Proficiency in Erwin Data for data modeling and database design • Ability to conduct Gap Analysis to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements • Experience in AB Testing to optimize product performance • Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient project management • Strong analytics skills to interpret complex data and provide insights • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) to drive business growth and profitability • Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document to guide project development.
