\nThe Data Reporting and Business Analyst develops and manages data reports, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights to support our organization’s strategic goals. Job duties include:
\n\n\n\nData Analysis: Review company data sets with an emphasis on HR, Safety, and Sales data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights to enhance team member engagement, safety programs, and overall organizational performance.\nData Integrity and Management: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple platforms, such as HRIS, safety management systems, and other databases. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.\nProcess Optimization: Collaborate with Finance, HR, Safety, and Sales teams to streamline data collection, reporting processes, and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and data quality.\nVisualization and Communication: Create clear, visually compelling dashboards, charts, reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc. to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., HR, Safety, and Sales leadership).\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Safety, and Sales teams to understand complete reporting needs, align data metrics with organizational goals, and provide customized reports and insights.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve data reporting processes and demonstrate a commitment to implementing those improvements.\nSpecial Projects: Participate in special projects, research, and other initiatives as assigned by leadership.\n\n\n\nYOUR MUST HAVES:
\n\n\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nBachelor’s degree in, Business/Data Analytics or a related field.\n3 or more years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role,\nProficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.).\n\n\n\nWHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
\n\n\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.\nHigh attention to detail, data accuracy, and integrity.\nExperience with process automation, predictive analytics, or data modeling.\nFamiliarity with programming languages is a plus.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical skills and experience with HRIS, safety management systems, or other relevant databases (i.e., ADP, Assure, Avature, SAP, etc.).\nKnowledge of safety metrics, OSHA regulations, and HR compliance standards.\n\n\n\nOUR ENVIRONMENT:
\n\n\nThis is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
