Description We are in search of a Data Reporting Specialist to join our team located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on managing and processing data in the ocean import freight forwarder industry. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity, offering the chance to work with business systems, CRM, and ERP solutions. Responsibilities: • Manage data entry in our shipping system. • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth business operations. • Use systems such as Cargowise and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for efficient data management. • Interact with customers to resolve inquiries and provide excellent customer service. • Handle billing functions promptly and accurately. • Maintain a high level of communication within the team to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date. • Utilize skills in ERP Solutions and About Time software for efficient task management. • Ensure compliance with customs regulations in all data reporting. • Continuously improve tech savviness to stay updated with industry trends and tools.
