As a Research Intern within BCG’s Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will play an important part of our Costa Rica DRS team. You’ll collaborate on challenging research projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future. You will be supporting the delivery of secondary research, enriching BCG's client work and internal development initiatives. Your task will often include working side by side with DRS colleagues. When assigned with research requests, you will work on encapsulating data and facts in an email, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word formats. One of the highlights of your internship will be your onboarding and upskilling process where you will be introduced to a consulting toolkit and research proficiency.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Ideal candidates are one year away from completing an undergraduate degree in business or a related field, with no work experience required. English proficiency and the ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential. Relevant academic or extracurricular activity is a plus.
