About the Role

Oversee the SQL database for the data analytics team, ensuring timely data uploads and consistently monitoring data quality and accuracy. The incumbent will also develop automation solutions for report deployment using Python, R, or Powerbi.
Other activities which you will be engaged on include:
• Build dashboards, reports and create data presentations.
• Train and educate the organization as we transform towards a data-driven organization.
• Build processes and tools to govern data analytics across the organization.
• Assess and learn data engineering tools and data visualization tools.
• Projects that require artificial intelligence in implementing automation.
• Assess and improve algorithms build by other data analytics and data scientist resources.
• Aligns with AIA PH Analytics Team on projects, methodologies, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Able to collect, extract, and wrangle data that is used to perform analytic modelling.Develop custom data models and algorithm applied to different data sets based on business requirementsDevelop processes and tools to monitor, assess, and analyze algorithm, model performance, and data accuracyDevelop testing framework and test model quality.Coordinate with different business units to implement models or process and tools.Adhere to governance and framework under the AI Governance policyDevelop/build visualization and dashboards through PowerBI

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline with 3 years + experience in data/computational focus.Experience using programming languages such as Python, SQLWith experience in SQL data modeling and database management.Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.Background in handling big data. Consistent track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting data from large databases.
