As a Data Scientist in our Global Client Experience team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your advanced skills in Alteryx, Excel, and SQL for complex data management. You will apply your AI/ML expertise and cloud computing knowledge to create visualizations and enhance process efficiency. You will communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders, manage ad hoc reporting, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic improvements and achieve departmental objectives. Job responsibilities:
Utilize advanced skills in Alteryx, Excel (including VBA), and SQL for complex data management and manipulation tasks, and demonstrate advanced capabilities in ETL processes and database management, particularly with Hadoop and Redshift platforms. Apply intermediate skills in AI/ML using Python and R, and cloud computing with AWS and Redshift, while building and managing visualizations using Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI. Conduct quality checks, manage ad hoc reporting, and ensure data accuracy, while driving process optimization and automation to improve overall efficiency. Effectively communicate data stories to various stakeholders, map and document processes and journeys, and apply skills in Adobe Analytics for data measurement and visualization. Demonstrate strong risk and control awareness, effectively prioritize workloads, and work to critical deadlines, while confidently communicating and influencing both internal and external clients. Drive process optimization and automation, think strategically to review and implement process improvements, and work with senior leadership locally and globally to achieve departmental objectives. Assist on ad-hoc projects as needed, establish rapport, and work with local and global senior management teams across multiple geographies to drive various technology and operations projects, utilizing effective stakeholder influencing and negotiation skillsRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. While experience in the financial services industry is great to have, candidates with strong relevant backgrounds from any industry will be considered. Possess minimum 4 years of experience with Alteryx, Excel (including VBA), SQL, and ETL processes, along with familiarity in database management on platforms like Hadoop and Redshift. Demonstrate strong experience in AI/ML using Python and R, as well as cloud computing with AWS and Redshift. Have at least 2 years of proven experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI. Exhibit strong skills in data storytelling, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Have a proven record in process optimization and automation, along with excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
