What You'll Do

役割

アナリティクスのエキスパートとして、様々な業界のクライアントの重要な経営課題に対し、データ分析、機械学習、数理最適化などを用いて先端的なモデルの設計や構築を行い、企業の大きな変革や成長を支援する

具体的な業務

デジタル領域における専門的な知見を活かし、戦略コンサルタントと共にクライアントと直接向き合いながら、その経営課題に対しビジネス・アナリティクス・ITのスキルを用いて解決を図るデータ分析基盤や大規模データ処理に関する知識を用いながら、クライアントの保有するデータや外部データを用いて分析を行い、課題解決のための施策を決定していく

What You'll Bring

必須要件

関連領域での修士課程修了、もしくはデータアナリティクスにおける3年以上の実務経験Python、R等でのコーディングスキル機械学習を用いた分析経験英語力（日常会話レベル以上）（※Lead以上は）プロジェクトのマネジメント経験 

求めるスキル/⼈物像

先進的なアナリティクス手法を実ビジネスに適用し、成果に結び付ける熱意があるクライアントやチームと協業し、課題解決を遂行する熱意があるアナリティクスだけでなく、ビジネス状況にも関心を持ち、理解しようとする熱意がある柔軟、自発的で創造的なクリティカルシンキングができる分析の目的、課題や優先順位を自発的に設定し、チームに積極的に発信できるアナリティクスやデータ分析基盤に関する最新の手法・ツールを学ぶ意欲がある複雑な分析プロセスや結果をシンプルでわかりやすく可視化することが好きであるデータサイエンスの複雑な概念を専門家以外でも理解できるように説明できる

プロジェクト進行管理やチーム・マネジメントができる 新しいアナリティクス・サービスの構築ができる クライアントとの良好な関係構築ができ、”Thought Leader”となれる

 

歓迎要件

数理最適化やオペレーションズ・リサーチ等の経験コンサルティングファームでの勤務経験データ分析会社やデータ分析プラットフォーム会社での勤務経験ハイテク企業やメーカーでのR&Dでの勤務経験(ロボティクス、IoT、自動運転 等)自然言語処理・画像認識・音声認識などの経験マーケティングアナリティクスやBI・DWHなどの経験ソフトウェア開発やDevOpsの経験英語力（ビジネスレベル以上）
