What success looks like in this role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on analyzing Service Desk data using advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and generative AI. The primary goal of this role is to generate actionable insights that lead to ticket reduction and overall improvement of business operations. The following points shall clarify on your future tasks:
Utilize NLP and generative AI to analyze Service Desk data, identifying patterns and trends that contribute to ticket generation and proposing strategies for ticket reduction.
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models specifically designed to enhance the accuracy and relevance of ticket categorization and resolution recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement insights derived from data analysis, ensuring that proposed solutions are actionable and lead to measurable improvements.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and generative AI, continuously experimenting with new techniques and integrating them into our data analysis processes.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data science with a strong emphasis on NLP and generative AI projects.Proven experience in applying NLP techniques and generative AI models to real-world data, with a track record of delivering impactful insights.Strong proficiency in Python and its associated libraries for machine learning and data analysis (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills in English, capable of effectively presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Benefits
