Description We are looking to recruit a Data Scientist for our team based in New York, New York, 10106, United States. This role falls within the detail oriented Services industry and involves analyzing complex data sets and developing predictive models using AI and machine learning techniques. This role is crucial in influencing business strategies and decision-making processes through insights derived from data. Responsibilities: • Analyzing complex data sets to derive insights and forecast trends. • Utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to inform business strategies. • Developing predictive models that drive strategic decision-making processes. • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data used in these models. • Using tools such as PyCharm and scikit-learn in the data analysis process. • Applying Natural Language Processing techniques in data analysis. • Monitoring data trends to inform continuous improvement strategies. • Collaborating with the team to implement AI and machine learning strategies. • Resolving data-related issues promptly and accurately. • Reviewing and refining data analysis processes to ensure efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and techniques • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing methodologies • Experience with PyCharm as a development environment • Expertise in utilizing scikit-learn for machine learning tasks • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and predictive modeling • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner • Proficient in coding languages such as Python or R • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is beneficial • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven track record of handling large data sets and delivering insights.
