Ø 15 years of overall experience with 12+ years in the analytics space
Ø Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in operations research, applied statistics, data mining, machine learning, physics or a related quantitative discipline.
Ø Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine-learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques, recommendation and optimization algorithms and deep learning techniques
Ø Experience in delivering world-class data science outcomes solving complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches using analytical, mathematical and technical skills.
Ø Strong expertise in the use of statistical analysis environments such as R, MATLAB, SPSS or SAS.
Ø Good hands on knowledge on emerging technologies like TensorFlow and Mahout
Ø Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Microstrategy and comfortable with relational databases and Hadoop-based data mining frameworks.
Ø Strong in SQL, Python, Java and C/C++.
Ø Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis
Ø Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
Ø Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
