Data Scientist

The Data Scientist is responsible for using an analytics skillset with a client facing lens to bring actionable insight to WellSky solutions and collaborates with our solution teams to bring solutions to market. This role is responsible for synthesizing and leveraging datasets to enhance point of care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze structured data from various sources.Identify patterns, trends, and insights to support decision making.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and present findings.Implement and validate cutting edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes.Continuously monitor and improve data accuracy, quality, and efficiency.Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experienceAt least 2-4 years relevant work experience

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
