Senior Manager - AI & Advanced Analytics
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver and implement analytics strategy in one or more functional areas. Each day, you will drive data-driven strategy and decision making for predictive analytics and optimization by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). You will also showcase your expertise by building and maintaining large-scale statistical models that turn billions of data points into insights and actions.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business in Energy Industries Division for Bangalore Location.You will be mainly accountable for:-Support cross-functional projects using advanced data model-ing and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.-Implement wide range of projects, building large-scale distrib-uted fine tuning, deploying LLMs on GPU instances for real-time use cases, designing robust, secure infrastructure.- Build, develop, and maintain analytical models that support key business decisions.- Oversee the scaling of analytics projects on cloud platforms to ensure seamless functionality and integration with business op-erations.- Create new product features using advanced machine learning algorithms, LLMs, and statistical techniques
Qualifications for the roleMaster’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Applied Mathe-matics, or related scientific field.2-5 years of experience in a data science role, with a focus on analytics and data modeling in cloud environments.Relevant experience with Large Language Models, NLP, large-scale systems and data sets, deep learning, or adjacent fields.Well versed with production data pipelines and applicationsStrong problem-solving skills and passionate about Gen AI to contribute to user-facing product Familiarity with NoSQL databases, enterprise search technologies, and recommendation systemsCommand using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.), SQL, Spark to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, time series, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.Quick learner on technologies and techniques.Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and under-standing of scaling analytics projects in cloud environments.
