**Description** SAIC is seeking a **Data Scientist** to join our team in Fort Moore, Georgia. **Job Responsibilities:** + Development of a data collection management plan DCMP to support simulation experiment (SIMEXp) planning and execution + Engage in analytical preparations for SIMEXp planning conferences, including the Initial, Mid, and Final conferences + Master battle lab technologies and tactics to inform data collection + Facilitate data reduction and analysis through coordination with data scientists + Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to validate the reduced SIMEXp data + Participate in the drafting of Initial Insights and Final Reports with the project officer, ensuring timely and effective reporting of SIMEXp results **Qualifications** **Required Education:** Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and zero (0) years' experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree. **Qualifications:** + Basic statistical knowledge (ANOVA, T-testing, Tukey testing, etc.) + Strong Excel skills to include experience with pivot tables and basic visualization functions + Intermediate skills with descriptive and prescriptive analytics + Strong academic writing experience and basic understanding of the peer review process + Proficiency with Microsoft products **Clearance** : Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
