For our Data Team, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Data Scientist / Analyst

As a Data Scientist / Analyst at Ipsos, you will provide a valuable contribution to our clients' business by providing insights into consumer attitudes and behavior based on data from various sources. 

The following activities are part of your duties:

Performing complex statistical analyses and prediction models for market research Active participation in the research projects with advice, analysis and other support Performing checks on the results before delivery to the research team  Unlocking research data, social media and customer data, structured and unstructured Clear visualization and communication of the results to internal and/or external customers Contribute to the renewal and improvement of existing structures and processes

Your qualities

Experience with databases, data analytics, data science and scripting on various platforms such as SQL, SPSS/SAS, R, Python, Git or similar packages. A statistical background and affinity with research methods and techniques such as regression, segmentation, data fusion; Experience in survey research is an advantage Academic working and thinking level. Able to convey complex problems with simple words Pragmatic, precise and creative. It's okay to be out-of-the-box

Your skills

Skilled in learning software packages  Proactive, with an eye for detail Flexible and able to handle deadlines well Team player, with a drive to deliver results together Good command of Dutch and English Preferably available full-time, but at least 32 hours
