Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as logistic regression, k-NN,KMeans, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.Experience with common data science toolkits, such as NumPy, sklearn, PyTorch, tensorflow, etc. Excellence in at least one of these is highly desirableStrong experience in working with at least one of the Cloud Service Providers (e.g.  Azue Cloud, Alibaba Cloud)Good knowledge in Microsoft Azure, especially in the 21Vianet (Azure China) and the integration with global Azure templates as well as other Cloud solutionsDemonstrated practice in SQL, Linux-Shell and Python; experiences in data processing with python preferredKnow-how in relevant ETL (preferred Azure Data Factory) and Visualization Tools (preferred Power BI platfroms)The ability to guide other Data Engineers (internal and external) and to debate and align with Architects and Security Officers
