**Job Description** **Work Appropriately** Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis **Responsibilities:** What you will do? **Generate insights for making Strategical Commercial decisions based on data trend analysis by** **Partner with analytics and adjacent teams to accomplish objectives based on a predetermined set of expectations (i.e. IT, EDAI, Digital Services & Experience, DSX, etc.)** **Create or enhance reports/dashboards using the approved GM reporting tools.** **Demonstrate ability to draw out information, guide conversations and maintain focus on desired topic.** **Present information for decision making purposes with little to no direction at senior management level.** **Contribute at a team/project level to drive innovation resulting in measurable business value across multiple functions or business units.** **Formalize collaborative relationships that drive accountability across teams.** **Demonstrate Character, Personal Capability and Interpersonal Skills to business partners, adjacent teams, and chain of command.** **Consistently deliver quality Results with personal and team work product and interactions with business partners, adjacent teams and chain of command** **Additional Job Description** **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree: Data science, computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or related field, or commensurate experience. Master degree desirable Required experience in similar position: 4+ years related experience required. English Level: Advanced. Key Skills: **Expertise in all core analytical tools / suites / languages including Databricks, Jupyter, Python, Hue, Spark, SQL; or demonstrates adaptability and ability to learn quickly and effectively.** **Ability to create data visualizations, dashboards, and unified reports.** **Attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.** **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.** **Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.** **Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.** **Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.** **Strong problem-solving skills.** In case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.
