Our Digital team is continuously growing and we’re going through a transformation. We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our Engineering team to enhance the shopping experience by providing personalised recommendations, making the shopping journey easier, and more enjoyable for customers.

You will
Develop and maintain machine learning models for personalisation and recommendations
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and pipeline efficiency
Conduct exploratory data analysis and model evaluation
Determine logics for A/B testing to measure the impact of new models
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations
You have
Extensive xperience in data science and machine learning
Development and deployment of ML models for recommendation systems
Strong programming skills in Python or R
Proficient in SQL for querying and performance tuning
Experience with data processing and analysis using Python
Familiarity with libraries and frameworks like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience
Familiarity with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Understanding of deep learning techniques
Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) techniques and tools
