KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Collaboration: Support the design and development of methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse "big data" sources. Break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical and data-mining analyses using tools like Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn), R, SAS, and MATLAB. Lead rigorous exploratory analysis across large datasets and synthesize insights.Customer Interface: Engage with internal customers for requirements analysis and special requests. Derive insights, collaborate with business units to determine actions and KPIs, and present high-quality recommendations for executive-level consumption.Model Development: Develop complex analytical models, algorithms, and automated processes, applying SQL and Python programming to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets.Collaboration: Work with product and service teams to identify key questions for data analysis and experiments. Facilitate the creation of analytical and data science products for the service supply chain, leveraging advanced data analytics.Communication: Communicate insights and findings from analyses to product, service, and business management to measure effective business processes.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of methods, processes, analyses, and findings to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing within the team and organization.TECHNICAL SKILLS:
In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.Proficient in SQL coding, Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn), and R programming languages.Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Hands-on Data engineering experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Databricks, Apache Spark and Tableau Prep.Practical experience with data science platforms like Cloudera or Databricks ML.Skilled in using Tableau Desktop or Power BI for data visualization.Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models to optimize supply chain processes, including clustering, similarity models, causal inference and recommendation engines.Knowledgeable in problem-solving methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC).REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
Master’s degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field.GPA of 3.0 or above preferredSkills in Data Science and Business AnalyticsAdded Advantage:

$119,500.00 - $164,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
