By joining our Command, Control, Intelligence, and Encryption (C2I&E) business, you will be a member of a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions that streamline the preparation and execution of intricate, mission-critical operations. We focus on enhancing situational awareness, tactical command and control, and seamless video data exchange capabilities within a dynamic, multi-domain environment.

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to support advanced data analysis and systems engineering initiatives. This role leverages AI/ML techniques to solve real-world challenges, enhance system operations, and optimize sensor and other product configurations, enabling mission partners to make fast, data-driven decisions in complex environments. The position requires close collaboration with government stakeholders and offers the opportunity to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact on mission-critical systems.

This hybrid position is available in Austin, TX (preferred) or Huntsville, AL. The selected candidate must be able to work onsite at least three days per week.

Leverages machine learning and statistical techniques to analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets and uncover actionable insights for decision-making.Develops predictive models to forecast trends, identify patterns, and evaluate potential mission outcomes.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end data solutions.Cleans, organizes, and structures raw data, preparing it for further analysis and visualization.Communicates complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data insights into clear, actionable information.Contributes to developing and refining data governance and data quality standards across the organization.Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.Active US Government Security Clearance at the Secret level at time of hire. Clearances are granted to US Citizens.Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field.Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), Kubernetes and big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or other specialized data science domains.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with data governance, data privacy regulations, and best practices in secure data handling.
