Role Description:
As a Senior Data Solution Architect, you will design and implement comprehensive data solutions that align with enterprise standards and business objectives. You will play a critical role in defining data integration strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership for end-to-end data solution delivery. This position requires strong expertise in SQL databases, ETL processes, and data migration, with a preference for experience in the US healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust data solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. Define and enforce enterprise data integration architecture standards and guidelines. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop effective solutions. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple technologies, making key architectural decisions and implementing solutions. Analyze and optimize solution components to leverage best practices and improve efficiency. Plan and manage cross-platform data migration projects. Estimate project timelines and deliverables accurately, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Ensure end-to-end system solutions align with business needs and adhere to technical standards. Document system processes and architecture, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing. Identify and resolve complex technical challenges in coordination with business teams and product vendors. Provide mentorship to technical teams and drive best practices in data architecture. Stay updated on emerging data technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

Mandatory Skills:

10+ years of technical experience in designing and implementing data solutions. Strong proficiency in SQL databases and data structures (on-premise and cloud-based). Expertise in data mining, data mapping, and ETL processes. Proven experience in defining enterprise data integration strategies. Ability to lead and make technology decisions across diverse platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver resolutions for complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in cross-platform data migration projects. Familiarity with the US healthcare domain and related data practices. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience collaborating with product vendors and external partners.

Soft Skills:
