Job Description: Data Solutions Architect Location: Huntsville, AL or Chantilly, VA Position Type: Full-Time Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Responsibilities: + Design and develop solutions to complex data sets. + Lead the development of enterprise data architectures, strategies, and solution recommendations in support of business strategies. + Lead the design of high-level conceptual and logical models that facilitate a cross-system/cross-functional view of data requirements. + Establish processes for governing the identification, collection, and use of corporate metadata, ensuring accuracy, validity, and quality. + Provide leadership to system and local workgroups. + Design and build relational and non-relational databases. + Translate business needs into long-term architecture solutions. + Review object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access. Qualifications: + Minimum of 6 years of experience in data architecture and related fields. + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility. Skills & Competencies: + Strong knowledge of data architecture and database design. + Proficiency in designing and developing relational and non-relational databases. + Experience with metadata management and governance processes. + Ability to design high-level conceptual and logical data models. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. + Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
