Partner Data Solutions - Technology Sector As a Data Solutions Partner, you will play a key role in the market, managing and nurturing relationships with strategic client groups and individual clients. Your ability to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions will be instrumental in our growth and success. You will be at the forefront of talent analytics and thought leadership in the technology sector. Your deep understanding of the competitive market and Aon market data will guide our decisions and set us apart in the industry. Data Solutions lead is primarily focused on and accountable for: Grow the Data Solutions revenue, client participation, and employee count for the technology sector. Grow the data within the sector/s under the global strategy framework in collaboration with other Data and Analytics Leaders, sector leaders from other regions, and partners across Reward Solutions. Identify high potential areas for new growth – new markets, new products & services, potential for existing products to the current clients, or rapidly growing current offerings to regional or global etc. Assist with growth in revenues and data acquisition, as well as referrals to Advisory and other Aon practices. Provide data insights and trends to strengthen the technology client groups and technology insights for all sectors. Lead the industry trends webinar series and client events focused on compensation and market practice trends for rewards/compensation clients. Establish market presence through speaking engagements and articles published within Technology sector channels Lead the job coverage of the Technology module and will be a member of the Data Solutions job governance committee. Responsible for the data quality and strategic technology clients and market competitiveness of Aon’s data offerings. Act as an external and internal subject matter expert. Articulate the value proposition and support "closing" sales in partnership with the sales team. Provide sector expertise and guidance to Aon’s client success managers and enterprise leaders. Support the end-to-end needs of the clients. Provide proactive technology sector-specific scaled client relationship management. Manage and develop Data Solutions team members within the Technology and Media, Entertainment, and Gaming industries. Required Experience: 10 -15 years of consulting experience or a Total Rewards Leader within the Technology Industry. Awareness of competitor products and offerings. Up to date on broad HR issues within the industry and how they relate to our potential clients and the Rewards content area. Technical expertise in the following areas: compensation/total rewards strategy including job evaluation, and job leveling/slotting; compensation structure design; pay policies and administration, pay systems and technology solutions, business case development, implementation planning and organizational change. Ability to lead client meetings and forums. Strong business writing (correspondence and reports) Strong presentation skills. Strong client relationship management skills; Demonstrates strong business development and selling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Strong business and financial acumen. Strong project management skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (Business, Finance, HR). MBA (or equivalent) and CCP (or equivalent) preferred. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $275,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
