The Data Science team is positioned within the Risk Assurance Services (RAS) unit, which undertakes a variety of complex information security consulting engagements, and business control reviews across a wide range of organizations. 

About the team:

We deliver actionable, data-driven insights to help our clients enhance operational processes and improve their understanding of customers. Examples of our solutions include pricing  product range and branch optimization, employee staffing and scheduling, customer segmentation, product recommenders, and customer lifetime value estimation. We combine unrivaled external and internal data sets to solve problems for clients across sectors, such as retail, financial services, and technology.

Key responsibilities:

SQL Expertise: design and development of complex SQL scripts and procedures.

Data Analysis: data analysis of various industries. Interpretation of data analysis results and proposal of solutions.

Data Modeling: design and implementation of data models (logical, physical).

Data Warehousing: architecture design and its implementation.

Reporting and Visualization: creation of visualized reporting using BI tools. 

Data quality assurance: Monitoring and improving data quality using data quality assessment.

Process automation: Implementation of solutions to streamline data processing.

Communication with the client.

Skills & experience:

Experience in project management and handling multiple high-quality projects.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach junior team members.

Experience with client facing projects.

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, being flexible and organised.

Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and native fluency in Slovak.

Technical skills: 

Advanced knowledge of SQL 

Practical experience with creating SQL procedures 

Basic knowledge of data warehouses 

Basic knowledge of data modeling, designing of data models 

BI visualization tools (Microsoft, Power BI, Qlik Sense)

Experience with any of the following technologies is an advantage: 

Azure (Synapse, Databricks, PowerApps,...)

 Enterprise Architect

Alteryx 

Starting date: Upon agreement

Wage (gross): from 2200€/ month (+ salary review, interesting company benefits, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority)
