This role is pivotal in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is a guide in database management, proficient in data visualization and analysis tools, and excels in bridging technical expertise with business approach. **Key Responsibilities:** • **Database Management** : Design, handle, and optimize databases to ensure accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval. • **Data Analysis** : Perform in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making and business strategies. • **Data Visualization** : Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Power BI and Excel to present insights clearly and effectively. • **Data Quality Assurance** : Maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits, validations, and implementing standard methodologies for data governance. • **M** **ulti-functional Collaboration** : Partner with business team members to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. • **Critical Thinking** : Approach problems with a big-picture mentality while paying close attention to detail. Provide forward-thinking recommendations that align with organizational goals. • **Trend Analysis and Forecasting** : Use advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and provide actionable forecasts. • **Continuous Improvement** : Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in data management and analysis to improve the team’s capabilities. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** • Confirmed experience in database management and data architecture. • Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Excel, including advanced formulae, pivot tables, and dashboard creation. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets. • Good attention to detail without losing sight of broader objectives. • Strong business approach and the ability to communicate technical findings in non-technical terms. • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. • Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
