Job Description

Perform advanced administrative and clerical support for Supervisors/Managers/Executives to ensure that departmental needs are met. Assists with administrative details, often of a confidential nature.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Assist with CRM data clean-up efforts, including merging duplicate contacts, researching company information, standardizing data, and ensuring that the necessary data fields are populated according to firm standards.Enter data into the system provided by banking teams, including buyer’s logs, call notes, follow up items, and other deal-related information as requested.Perform data quality assessments and regular data cleansing activities.Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.Research internal and external sources to update records and/or complete inaccurate or missing information.Process undeliverable emails, bounce-backs, unsubscribed requests, and new
subscribers.Responsible for general administrative tasks

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant work experience.Requires very good knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties of the job.Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on department or company.Must have very good knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets or other programs specific to the job in order to complete duties successfully.Requires good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the business in which there is frequent contact with while completing daily work assignments of the job.Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods and/or procedures when completing assignments.Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices a plus.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.Proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing data issues.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both in oral and written formResourceful, driven attitude with a genuine desire to ensure team successMust maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materialsMust establish and maintain effective working relationships in or out of a team environmentUnderstands and adopts the organizational structurePossesses the attitude of collaboration and sharingWillingness to learn and adopt new methodologies
