**We are looking for a highly motivated Data Strategy Lead to join** ERIS ID team, focused on leveraging data to power audio/visual activations in close collaboration in close collaboration with the commercial team. This role will be the liaison
between the data analytics capabilities and business execution, ensuring that our audio-visual initiatives are innovative, relevant and effective.
Responsabilidades
+ Create and implement data-driven strategies that drive strategies that drive audio-visual activations aligned with business objectives objectives.
+ Collaboration with the Commercial Team: Work hand in hand with the commercial team to ensure that data driventeam to ensure data-driven strategies are aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
+ Audience Insights and Segmentation: Utilize ERIS ID capabilities to identify key audiences, developto identify key audiences, develop robust segmentation models, and inform activation plans.
+ Activation Optimization: Apply data to personalize and optimize audiovisual content across platforms, maximizing engagement and ROI.
+ Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, build dashboards and report on the success of data-driven activations.
+ Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
+ Technology Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions inseamless integration of data solutions into the AV ecosystem.
+ Trend Monitoring: Keep up to date on industry trends in data usage, innovation, innovation trends in the use of data, audiovisual innovation and customer behavior to enrich strategies.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Effectively present strategies, results and recommendations to internal and externalrecommendations effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
Cualificaciones
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business or related field. Postgraduate degrees will be a plus.
+ Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data strategy, marketing analytics or a similar roleanalytics or similar role, preferably in the media or audiovisual industry media.
+ Advanced level of English (C1 or higher),will be assessed at interview by the Talent Team.
+ Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) andfamiliarity with marketing technology stacks (e.g., CDPs, DMPs).
+ Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the audiovisual and programmatic ecosystem, including platformsincluding platforms, formats and audience engagement strategies.
+ Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly commercial and creativecross-functional teams, especially commercial and creative.
+ Communication: Strong presentation skills and ability to translate complex insights into actionable business strategies.
