Join us as an Analytics Insights Sr. Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation at PepsiCo. This is your chance to execute cutting-edge descriptive and strategic analyses, shaping the Insights, Marketing, and Sales agendas. You'll leverage visualization, automation, and reporting expertise to uncover powerful insights and recommend strategies to grow revenue and market share. Take ownership of our business analytics relationship with Insights, Marketing, Sales, and key partners like Nielsen and Kantar, while influencing decision-making at the highest levels. Your Impact As an Analytics Insights Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Data Stewardship: Be the go-to expert for all PepsiCo market data (internal and external), ensuring quality and timeliness while aligning global and local needs. Market Analysis: Lead in-depth analyses for the Beverages categories, answering critical business questions through data visualization, strategic insights, and dynamic reporting. Supplier Collaboration: Manage Nielsen and Kantar databases, ensuring alignment with key suppliers and maximizing the value of external data. Strategic Insights: Develop holistic solutions and actionable recommendations based on market dynamics, macroeconomic trends, and consumer behavior to inform strategies that drive growth. Storytelling & Influence: Shape Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and strategic business plans (PSP) with data-driven insights that validate and prioritize key initiatives. Problem Solving: Recommend innovative solutions tailored to business challenges and budgets, focusing on measurable impact. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? We’re searching for a data-driven storyteller with a passion for insights and strategy. If you thrive on turning complex data into actionable strategies, this is your opportunity. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration. At least 4 years of experience in market research for the F&B or mass consumption industry. Advanced English proficiency (90% oral and written) basic portuguese is a plus. Proven expertise with Nielsen and Homepanel data. Strong analytical thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect data, generate insights, and craft compelling narratives. Experience leading successful, results-focused projects that address complex business objectives. Advanced skills in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard creation and visualization is a preferred skill. Strong communication and influencing abilities, with high level stakeholder management. Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization. Knowledge of market insights and proven ability to recommend solutions tailored to business needs. Why PepsiCo?
