The Data Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining and analyzing performance data to enhance our operational excellence. This position focuses on creating and managing SLA and KPI dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and providing insights to the Senior Operations Manager for strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will coordinate administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations across various departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Management\nDesign, maintain, and report on SLAs and performance KPI dashboards.\nCommunicate data analysis results effectively to managers, assisting various departments in achieving their goals.\nProvide Key Accounts Clients with metrics related to project performance. Assist in generating data sets and reports for SDR accounts.\nIntegrate information from multiple sources to develop comprehensive dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting.\n
Administrative Support\nMonitor Key Accounts in HubSpot to ensure the accuracy of deal information.\nCreate and update HubSpot deal cards as necessary.\nTrack automated processes for consistency and efficiency.\nGenerate calendar invites for Initial Consultations (IC) and onboarding schedules\nAddress additional administrative tasks as delegated by the Senior Operations Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager.\n
Support Functions\nOversee and manage HubSpot Tickets to ensure timely response and resolution.\nAddress concerns and queries raised by assistants, providing necessary support.\n
