Data Systems Solution Lead
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia

As the Data Systems Solution Lead, you will drive the functional specification of key components in the SAP MDG landscape from the existing SAP ECC6 scope on Unify, through significant enhancements, applying standard SAP tooling (e.g. decision and derivation tables) and uplifting all to an S4HANA version with key functionality to address data object harmonisation, support a business rules engine and improve data quality through MDG and other applications (BOIS, SAP Data Quality, Collibra Data Dictionary and Collibra Data Quality, etc.)
Reporting to the Data Governance and Management Platform Lead, the Data Systems Solutions team, within the Data Governance and Management Platform will be part of the JMIT’s on-going capability to actively apply operational master data governance through data governance applications, (e.g. SAP’s product MDG), mass update solutions and data quality solutions). It will include the ability analyse data, profile it and enrich / align it to internal and external global data standards to ensure that current and future business requirements are met.
Your responsibilities:
Participate in and where appropriate lead staff in a team of analysts, work with specialists and suppliers to ensure provision of in depth technical/business process advice for their relevant workstream - Data Systems Support.
Work actively with the Data Deployment, the Data and Analytics Team and the Business User community to encourage knowledge transfer, skills improvement and process improvement.
With team members, work with the Business Data Owners and the MDM community to encourage accountability, knowledge transfer, skills improvement, importance of risk and compliance and business data enhancement.
Oversee alignment of our data to external data standard services (Bank master, Dun & Bradstreet, potential address master references) and working with the Data Governance Lead and Analysts seek other sources and methods to facilitate compliance.
Stakeholder Management & Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the engineering and business teams.
Monitor the execution, performance and availability of data specific applications, using industry standard utilities and tools.
Requirements for the role:
Track record of leading, developing and coaching remote teams.
Experience of good master data practices.
Good skills in Microsoft office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of documenting standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and work instructions.
Experience of stakeholder management and ERP systems.
