Our client, a leading provider of crop inputs and services, is seeking a Data Validation & Readiness Analyst to join their team. As a Data Validation & Readiness Analyst, you will be part of the data management team supporting various project implementations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a passion for results, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Data Validation & Readiness Analyst
**Location:** Loveland, Colorado (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
**Pay Rate:** $50/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Engage with location resources to prepare, inform, and educate around various aspects of data preparation and validation.
+ Work directly with locations to collect, standardize, and assemble data required for project implementation.
+ Perform data reconciliation and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
+ Provide weekly detailed updates on the current state of data cleansing and preparation activities.
+ Support the establishment of test data to facilitate development and mock exercises.
**What's Needed?**
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors in large data sets.
+ Knowledge of data conversion and construction techniques.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate discussions.
+ Ability to work independently or collaboratively with both technical and non-technical staff.
+ Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates and users.
