Data Validations Specialist

This is a CONTRACT POSITION.

What You Can Expect

As part of a collaborative team, the Data Validation Specialist will ensure the accuracy of information entered into the internal system. This includes double-checking, verifying, and supplementing customer profile data. Will also identify opportunities, propose solutions, and generate actionable insights to support the customer care function.

Process and validate documents to support daily operations, ensuring their accuracy through thorough review. Collaborate with team members on data validation, identifying needs, and presenting opportunities to enhance efficiency. Derive insights from document analysis when necessary, and communicate updates and corrections as required. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service in all internal and external interactions. Additionally, support new initiatives by coordinating with various internal functional groups as needed.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma Minimum two years of data entry experience or administration Minimum two years of Customer Service Related Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite   Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & Salesforce
