About the role This position is responsible for data verification of purchase orders and investigation, and reconciliation of transaction import failures from EDI and Optical Character Recognition Software to our Oracle ERP system. Enforces company pricing, supply chain, and claims policies. Works closely with internal and external sources. Responsibilities Mainly responsible for data verification and investigating EDI and Optical Character Recognition import failures to drive automation Assists with order management by allocating and releasing priority orders in a timely fashion Analyzes and compiles data to identify root cause of import failures and takes necessary action to prevent reoccurrence Closely analyzes processing trends to identify strengths and opportunities, tracks requests and outcomes and develops metrics and summaries for Senior Management review Works closely with Product Management, Sales and Supply Chain to mitigate item setup failures Pro-actively identify areas of disconnect/process failure within our pricing system and partner with IT, Sales and Pricing to reconcile and aprocesses Enforces Leviton special pricing policies Identifies and investigates on hold and incomplete transactions for disposition Drives accuracy improvement by identifying, documenting and escalating import failures as related to employee error Assists with accurate processing of customer orders via Optical Character Recognition software as needed Provides support to supervisor / manager on special project requests as required Qualifications Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management skills Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and multiple functions/levels within the organization Must have intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerBi knowledge a plus Ability to perform at a high level of accuracy Must have a strong sense of urgency with priorities Must be able to identify and investigate anomalies General EDI document knowledge a plus Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends Must have ability to work independently and exercise proper judgment Education & Experience Associate or equivalent degree Minimum of 2 years in data analysis, eCommerce, supply chain, claims, credit, or related preferred Experience with Oracle ERP, EDI and OCR technology preferred What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
