Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends & patterns to generate insights  Create Data Visualizations and Dashboards to communicate correlational insights & recommendations to Business leaders Build Visualizations using both flat & hierarchical datasets with suitable drill-down functionality to present an aggregate, team & individual view Translate requirements from internal stakeholders into Dashboards & Visualizations that provide rich insights Skill and Experience 5+ years of experience in visualization and BI  Strong expertise in visualization tool PowerBI (proficient in DAX queries, RLS configuration, custom objects handling, paginated reports)  Expertise in data analysis, data modelling at visualization layer and storyboarding  Ability to integrate data from various sources and generate insights   Strong knowledge about Data Lake, Datawarehouse and SQL  Experience working cloud databases, managed DWHs of Azure & GCP  Exposure to new technology advancements in BI/visualization tools like Copilot, GenAI, for smart insight generation, commentary and interactive query bot Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly & persuasively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences Ability to work independently & collaboratively and to manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills High level of collaboration & stakeholder management Education Qualification Master’s/bachelor’s degree in engineering/management  Professional certification in BI/visualization
