Job SummaryThe Department of Pediatrics Health Metrics and Learning Health Systems Program is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Visualization and Business Intelligence Analyst to join a team that is passionate about using data-driven insights to improve the health and well-being of children. This individual gathers, analyzes and interprets data from a variety of administrative and clinical databases to contribute to operational, clinical care, quality improvement, and research initiatives for the Department of Pediatrics. The analyst will have expertise in the creation of data sources and data dashboards to support faculty-led initiatives focused on clinical transformation, quality improvement, and measurement of pediatric health outcomes, as well as Departmental enterprise reporting of finances, faculty productivity, and other KPIs to the Departmental Administrator and Chair. This position will report to Dr. Joyce Lee, Associate Chair for Health Metrics and Learning Health Systems for the Department of Pediatrics.
