Our products are recognized as company-wide sources of truth and play a critical role in creating a shared understanding of the state of the business.

What we are looking for:

+ Passionate about building beautiful web apps focused on data explanation and exploration, using Node.js and front-end JavaScript, React or Vue.js, with D3.js.
+ Focused on making complex data intuitive and useful to a broad audience, iterating on tools based on user feedback.
+ Knowledgeable about trade-offs between different chart types and skilled in selecting the best data representations.
+ Experienced in working with data from various sources, including API endpoints and relational databases, and familiar with data-centric teams on metrics and analytics.
You can expect to:
+ Work on some of the most used internal tools at Netflix, bringing together multiple data sources, metrics and predictive analytics to keep our business informed about how our financial and talent business is performing.
+ Work with both creative and business stakeholders to rapidly iterate on your initial designs based on user research and feedback.
+ Partner closely with R&D teams to bring new metrics, models and data sources to Netflix.
