About the OpportunityDMI, LLC is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer (SME) to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the reporting and event correlation infrastructure to ensure consistent availability and accurate real-time data.Design and update dynamic dashboards that visualize performance metrics, system status, and historical trends for various OCIO teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights through tailored reports.Integrate reporting solutions with other performance management systems, such as ServiceNow, to enhance data utility and accessibility.Monitor reporting services for accuracy, scalability, and flexibility, implementing improvements as needed.Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, configurations, and deliverables to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing. QualificationsEducation and Years of Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field.7-10 Years of experienceMin Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
