And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **About the role** + Our Data Team, composed of 32 people, is integrated into the Data & IT Department and focuses on designing and delivering data-driven solutions in collaboration with Scrum Masters, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Product Owners. + As a Data Visualization Expert, you will work on creating compelling data visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making. You will have the opportunity to contribute to user experience (UX) optimization and data storytelling, positively impacting the accessibility and usability of insights across the organization. You will be accountable for: + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs for data visualization projects. + Designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly data visualizations, dashboards, and reports. + Applying UX/UI principles to enhance usability and accessibility. + Utilizing data storytelling techniques to communicate insights and trends effectively. + Conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions for continuous improvement. + Staying current with advancements in data visualization tools and trends. + We offer a permanent contract with a hybrid working mode and occasional travel requirements for projects, training, or team meetings. **About you** + Relevant Education Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Information Design, Computer Science, or a related field. + Relevant Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience designing and developing data visualizations, dashboards, and interactive reports. Competencies: + Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI. + Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies. + Expertise in SQL and DAX. + Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design processes. + Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD principles. Behaviors: + User-focused and results-oriented. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Analytical, problem-solving mindset with adaptability and creativity. **About the pay and benefits** + Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While Portugal's country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 45,000 EUR to 56,100 EUR, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
