Data Warehouse/Analytics Lead (full time, onshore).
o Has knowledge of data warehousing and modeling methods, techniques, standards and procedures.
o Skilled in analytics and in organizing and using a DW.
o Develop and maintenance of complex data storage structures needed to support DW functions.
o Assure data is maintained in consistent formats.
o Analyze data to determine business rules and create data organization.
o Troubleshoot DW issues, including hardware and software.
o Recommend tools to optimize data quality and access.
o Participate in the identification of KPIs and methods for DW to assist with operational and strategic planning.
o Build relationships with users to identify and develop additional data sources for the DW consistent with business rules and customer needs.
o Assists users, managers and technical staff regarding access, use and storage of data.
o Recommend methods to maximize database design effectiveness.
