Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Data Warehouse Engineer II at our facility in Boston, Massachusetts to design and implement a scalable data platform including data management and governance, and integrate structured, semi structured, and unstructured data using cloud-based services.

What You’ll Do: 

Design and implement solutions on a cloud platform utilizing Infrastructure as code (Terraform).Develop custom data pipelines within AWS/Snowflake/Databricks for ingestion into Data Mart. Maintain, support, and perform code build/review, auditing, performance tuning, and security within Snowflake Instance.Create and maintain technical documentation and models for the Data Mart.Obsess about data integrity, accuracy, and understanding of complex/evolving HR data relationships.Partnering with our product team, grow our data infrastructure to support stakeholder insight goals.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field and 5 years of experience.Will also accept a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.Experience must include 3 years in the following: data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools;Integrating data between operational databases using data integration tools, such as Informatica, CloverDX, Datastage, Talend, Pentaho Data Integrator, SSIS, or AWS ETL tools;Writing software in Python or Java data warehouse design and data integration methodologies;SQL, Vertica, Snowflake, Postgres, and SQL Server;Data integration and common data integration challenges, includingconverting data types, handling errors, and translating between different technology stacks; andPerforming analytics to solve complex business problems.The position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
